To fulfill your project, you must provide me with certain information, such as:

  • Contact Information: Your name, email address, and physical address (for invoicing/shipping).

  • Project Details: Any reference images, brand guides, or descriptions you provide.

  • Payment Information: Payment is handled through third-party processors (like Square). I do not see or store your full credit card details.

2. Why I Need Your Information

I rely on a number of legal bases to collect, use, and share your information, including:

  • To provide my illustration services and fulfill your order.

  • To communicate with you regarding project updates or revisions.

  • If necessary to comply with a legal obligation or court order (such as retaining information for tax purposes).

I value your privacy. I share your personal information for very limited reasons:

  • Service Providers: I use trusted third parties (like Square for invoicing or Google Workspace for email) to perform functions. I share your info with them only to the extent necessary to perform these services.

  • Compliance with Laws: I may disclose your information if I have a good faith belief that it is reasonably necessary to respond to legal processes or government requests.

I retain your personal information only for as long as necessary to provide you with my services and as described in this policy. However, I may also be required to retain this information to comply with my legal and regulatory obligations (e.g., keeping invoices for 7 years for tax records).
